The English Language Skills and Development Program is a federally funded English language program for newcomer women and offers day Language Instruction classes from levels 0 through 6.

The Relief Supply Language Instructor for Newcomers is responsible for providing language instruction for women who are new to Canada and to assist them in integrating into the society. The responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with the mission and policies of YWCA Toronto and in the absence of the regular instructor.

IELTS Examiners welcome

An IELTS Examiner assesses candidates, with the standards as set out by IELTS, in the speaking module of the IELTS test. The Examiner is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the test and ensuring a fair testing procedure is followed for all candidates in the speaking module.

Existing examiners are welcome to apply as shared examiners for weekday examining.
Expressions of interest are welcome from new examiners with the following qualifications.

Training will be provided for new applicants.
