This year’s conference will be held in the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel on Queen Street. Newly renovated and bigger than our previous venue. Sheraton offers a brighter and larger exhibitor hall. Our registered attendance over the three days is about 1200 and we also get some people who do not register to the conference but like to go to the exhibits.
Invitation to Exhibitors
Don’t miss this opportunity to present your product or service to over 1200 ESL professionals, all of whom are interested in discovering and purchasing new materials to increase their effectiveness.
EXHIBIT SPACE: Each exhibit space contains a 6 foot draped table and two chairs; each space will accommodate a backdrop.
SPACE SELECTION: Tables are placed as shown on the enclosed room layout. Please indicate your preferred location, giving second and third choices. Tables are allocated on the basis of the date of receipt of fully paid applications.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Any additional requirements for furniture, electrical hook-ups, drayage, etc. will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Advertise in the Conference Program mailed to over 4000 members in mid September. Email as a Word attachment to conference@teslontario.org or mail black and white camera-ready copy to ASSET, 43 Larkfield Drive, Toronto, Ontario M3B 2H3, for 8.5” x 11” page or portion thereof by August 15th, 2008.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received in writing by October 10th will receive a refund of 50% of the exhibit fee. No refunds will be available after this date. If you have not set up your table by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, TESL Ontario reserves the right to re-allocate your space.
